Crisis Resources

If you are in danger or in a life-threatening situation, please call 911.

If you are in an urgent situation and your normal supports are unable to help you, you may call your therapist during reasonable hours on the number provided to you. Please understand that your therapist is not available 24/7 but will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please also remember that therapy is a challenging and long-term commitment. It is possible and likely that things might feel worse until they get better. The end of the journey is worth the work in between.
